Adult Bar/Bat Mitzvah Class

Davening Skills Workshop

Learn to lead various parts of the weekday and Shabbat morning service and/or to chant trope for any occasion. RSVP to the Synagogue office, 847-945-0470.

Gabbai Training Workshop - Are you interested in participating as a makri, page caller, or floor gabbai? Crash Course in Reading Hebrew

Intermediate Conversational Hebrew

Instructor: Ariela Ish-Hurwitz

Ariela Ish-Hurwitz, a Jewish Study educator at Solomon Schechter Day School, also managed the Maccabim Sunday School for Israeli kids as an Education Director.

Ariela will enhance the Hebrew language experience while exploring the Israeli culture using a variety of media and tools such as video clips, songs, news articles and culinary experience.

Tuition each semester includes dinner: $135/Members; $185/Non-Member
