This annual cultural arts series is dedicated in honor of Rabbi Reuven and Dr. Penina Frankel. Upon Rabbi Frankel’s retirement, the Officers and Board of Trustees of the Congregation established this series to honor the Frankels and to bring outstanding cultural programs to B’nai Tikvah.
