Felicia Lev has been B’nai Tikvah’s Executive Director since July 2013. Felicia began her career at the synagogue in 1998 as Education Director. Her commitment to Jewish education has been demonstrated by her commitment to the Religious School families.

Felicia graduated from the University of Illinois with a BA in Special Education and Roosevelt University with an MA in Guidance and Counseling.

Felicia’s responsibilities include directing all synagogue administration, coordinating the use of the synagogue’s facility, managing day-to-day affairs, being available to assist all congregants in any aspect required and overseeing the synagogue’s budget.

Felicia considers B’nai Tikvah her second home and is thrilled to see young adults who grew up at the synagogue returning with their families.


Ariana Hershon

Director of Education, Youth & Family Engagement

Ariana grew up in the greater Boston area. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Ariana moved to the Midwest. She joined the B’nai Tikvah team in 2015 as the Youth Director. Ariana is a lifelong summer camp enthusiast, having spent many summers as a camper at Camp Young Judaea in New Hampshire and seven summers on staff at Camp Ramah in Wisconsin. She is an alumna of the Diller Fellows program and has spent time studying and living in Israel. She is looks forward to bringing her love of Israel, Jewish community and learning to B’nai Tikvah.
