Madrichim are high school students who work as in-class teacher assistants at the B’nai Tikvah Religious School. Not only are they there to help our teachers, they also serve as guides for the younger students, acting as role models by demonstrating their involvement, collaborative skills and initiative.
Madrichim work on Sunday mornings from 9:00 to 12:00. They also attend training sessions in August before school starts as well as throughout the school year. They are compensated on a sliding scale according to their grade level.
Applications must be submitted to the B’nai Tikvah office by August 12.
We hope all of our high schoolers take advantage of this exciting, immensely fulfilling opportunity!
